Lead personal training sessions and in-store workshops on the use of Apple computer software and related products. The position also provides support to Apple Store technical support staff for small device repairs including iPods, iPads and iPhones.

Specialist, Apple Store, Oakbrook (2008-2009)

Assess retail customer needs and provide solutions. Key responsibilities include processing sales floor transactions using wireless POS system and providing knowledgeable support for Apple retail customers. Other responsibilities include the maintenance and general appearance of the retail environment.

Manager, Strategic Alliances, Drum Corps International (1998-2007)

Developed and managed partnerships and alliances with Fortune 500 companies and organizations that served to increase the visibility and well being of Drum Corps International, while providing value to the partner. Strategies included corporate sponsorship, business development partnerships and alliances with organizations with a similar focus and constituency.

Additional core responsibilities included general promotional marketing of live Drum Corps International events and related media products. Primary channels – direct mail, trade show and live event activities, media buying and media relations.

Merchandising Manager, MotorWeek - Maryland Public Television (1987-1998)

Responsible for the production and execution of special projects for video transcript and home video aftermarket.

Feature/Line Producer, MotorWeek - Maryland Public Television (1987-1998)

Producer of the Goss' Garage segment for the weekly PBS television series MotorWeek. Produced education and entertainment segments related to automotive repair, maintenance tips and consumer awareness.
